Get comfortable with both tools
Set up Codex and Grok Bot. Give each a small task, such as turning sample job notes into a to-do list. Learn what to ask, how to correct an answer, and what information to keep private.

Get office help from Grok Bot
Create a helper with clear instructions. Use sample customer inquiries to prepare a follow-up list and draft replies. Check names, dates, and details, then save the steps so you can use them again.

Build a simple tool with Codex
Describe a simple follow-up tracker in everyday language. With a starter example and guided help, use Codex to build it, try it on your computer, and fix problems. No coding experience needed.

Use both in your weekly routine
Practice moving a checked list from Grok Bot into your Codex-built tracker, then use it to prepare your next follow-ups. Write the steps for yourself or a teammate. You decide what gets sent or shared.

Workshop FAQ
What will I actually use AI for?
You’ll use Grok Bot to organize sample inquiries and draft customer replies, and Codex to build a simple follow-up tracker. Then you’ll practice using them together. Both tools can do more; these projects give you a manageable place to start.
Do I need technical or AI experience?
No coding or AI experience is required. You should be comfortable using a computer, signing in to apps, and opening files. We’ll use starter examples and guide you through each step.
What do I need before the workshop?
A laptop or desktop computer and access to Codex and Grok Bot. The providers set their own account requirements and subscription prices. Email us before booking so we can confirm which access you’ll need. The core exercises use sample files and do not require API keys.
Do Codex and Grok Bot connect automatically?
In this workshop, you move a file or copy checked information between them yourself. We’ll show you each step, so you can see what is happening and check the result.
What if I miss a live session?
You can watch the class recording. The practice tasks help you apply the lesson to your business before the next class.
Will AI send messages without me checking them?
In the workshop, you review AI-written messages before sending them. For anything we build, we agree with you what can happen automatically and what needs your review.
Can you do the work for me instead?
Yes. The workshop teaches you to use AI yourself. If you prefer us to build a website page or business tool, see our done-for-you services. These are priced separately.
